A FEW CAMPAIGNS TO HIGHLIGHT
GRADUATE GOLDEN ALE
While I was working at College Hill I had the opportunity to design all of the branding and marketing materials for a beer that we cobranded with Tenpin Brewing called the Graduate Golden Ale. The goal of the campaign was to raise money to support the Washington State University Carson College of Business Wine and Business Management program. We held a number of release parties in Washington promoting the beer and the cause. The campaign ultimately raised a little over $5,000 for WSU.
HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE
Another marketing campaign that I had a big hand in was the College Hill 2019 Gift Guide. I created this guide as a digital catalog that was sent out to a number of our corporate clients. The goal being to inspire them to buy a gift for their team or their own clients. This was a fun project and was very successful. A number of orders were generated from sending out the Holiday Gift Guide. One order came in only a few days after this was sent out and was for around $20,000.
MARKET RESEARCH PROJECT: EMPLOYEE RETENTION
While I was at Washington State University, one of my classes gave me the opportunity to work with a local company to solve a problem through market research and data analysis. My team and I worked with Switzer Engineering Labs, a local Pullman company, to better understand employee retention. Our goal was to identify ways that SEL could better entice people to relocate to Pullman. We achieved this by understanding what kept the locals in Pullman, as well as researching what qualities people are most interested in when relocating. We then presented to the company board at the end of the semester with our findings. If you would like to see more of the project, click the PDF download button!
